Customers never share a machine with ours. Each customer has its own user, its own share of CPU, memory and disk.
Nothing seen across
One customer cannot see another’s processes, files or ports. Your agents see your work and nothing else.
Your code stays put
Your code lives on your machines. It is not used to train anything, and it does not leave with us.
No root for agents
No agent has root on your machine. The upkeep is done by a separate service, called only by us.
Careful updates
Updates go in waves, a test customer first. Each one is backed up first and can go back.
Your data, your call
Export everything whenever you want. Cancel, and it is all deleted.
